We have an extra activity in our October programme.

We’ve recently had it confirmed that we have a slot for outdoor dancing at this year’s ⭐️ Hockley Hustle⭐️

🙌 Yay! Dancing outside is always so much fun (even if it rains)!

📍 NEW LOCATION – Outside ICE NINE (cnr Heathcote St / Goose gate – middle of Hockley)
🎶 Mostly simply social dancing (which you ALL can do) and all are welcome wherever you usually dance.

👏 We’ll need folks to clap along, hand out flyers and watch bags too so we’d really love your support.

🎟️ For those that are able to commit to attending and taking part (by confirming with me in advance) you will get a free wristband for the whole event. Which means you can get into all HH venues for the rest of the day.

Hockley Hustle is a charity event with live music in most venues in Hockley all afternoon till late and street acts performing up and down the Hockley and Sneinton Market areas. There will be donation buckets on the day for those that want to contribute.

We also have an opportunity to take part in the parade from 3pm.

Our classes will still take place at St Christopher’s from 5pm

As we’re only just down the road we’ll still be running our Sunday Lindy Hop classes. Though we’ll try and start our improver class a little earlier if we can (approx 6.15) by cutting practice time a bit short so folks who want to can get back to the festival. But I’ll play that by ear on the day.
